Refund and Returns Policy


Grow House Grow handles wallpaper returns on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your wallpaper prior to installation. Some elements from the silk screen process–such as subtle layered ink overlap marks–may be apparent on patterns with sparse backgrounds (such as Nacht and Alexandria). These are a normal part of the pattern, and become less apparent after installation. Any wallpaper bolts that have been cut/trimmed, pasted, damaged during installation, or applied to the wall are non-refundable. For wallpaper that is eligible for a return, a 30% restocking fee will apply + return shipping.

It’s very important to order enough wallpaper up front, since we can’t ensure additional rolls will match your specific dye lot. If you’re uncertain of how many rolls you need, double check with your installer or contact us with your measurements (wall width and height works best). We’re here to help!


Because our tiles are handmade just for you, we do not accept returns once your order has been placed. We highly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your final order to ensure you like the look, color, and finish.

Shipping returns

In the event your purchase is eligible for a return, you should mail your product to: Grow House Grow, Attn. Returns, 35 Meadow Street, Ste. 316, Brooklyn NY 11206.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
